1. Go here and press play.
2. Unzip and install.
3. Now you can install visual styles designed for Windows 7 such as Gaia ’09! There are many more here. Note that visual styles for XP and Vista won’t work.
4. You might need ObjectDock, Rainmeter, Launchy, Miranda (IM client) and Samurize.
